Excellent stay. Needs allergy friendly food options

The room upgrade and family room were exceptional

No allergy friendly food options (dairy) at breakfast. And no labeling or f ingredients at buffet food stations, so meant that all 3 of us we had to skip our included breakfast as my daughter had dairy allergies and staff told us everything had dairy :(

Wonderful

Excellent hotel in a great location. Only downside is that there is. I air conditioning which made the room warm and stuffy.

Air conditioning was not present. When I spoke to the hotel they confirmed they don’t have air conditioning which it erroneously states on booking.com. When you check the hotels website it says this.

Beautifully designed hotel with a terrific staff but cheap pillows and bedding that slept very hot.

Considering the hotel had only been open for about two weeks, it was remarkably well run. It’s modern with a design nod to old Rome. Nicely appointed rooms and comfortable lobby to hang out in. Trendy without being precious. Anna, the breakfast waitress was charming, efficient and fantastic. They should promote her.

The pillows and comforter were cheap and slept extremely hot. They not breath at all. There was also a fuse box in the room with a bright green LED that lit up the entire room at night! I had to tape a pair of black underwear over the LED. This is the reason I would probably not stay there again even thought everything else was terrific. If you can’t get a good nights sleep what’s the point?

Perfect place to stay when discovering Rome

The location of the hotel is absolutely a gem: within 15 minutes walking distance to any tourist attraction one can think of and in a very quiet street. The room is spacious, clean and comfy. The reception staff as well as the housekeeping are absolutely great.

The temperature in my room was 26 C which is extremely warm for me, the AC refused to turn on, luckily opening the window saved the situation. Traveling with hand luggage only I was a bit disappointed to learn the hotel lacks dental kits and hand balms/lotions - but those are minors, just to keep in mind when selection the accommodation

Sent to another hotel with no notice, no reason given, lack of response and no compensation given

I would not recommend this property. After having left our bags at the hotel as our room was not ready, when we returned 12 hours later, we were advised there was an “issue” and they had no room for us and would be sending us to another hotel. They sent us in a taxi and we had to wait a further 45 minutes in the new hotel as the new hotel hadn’t received sufficient information about our stay. This hotel was a further 20 minute walk away from the this hotel (one of its main attractions for us). They new hotel said we would be staying there for 2 nights and we had yet to find out what was happening for our final night. I was left to contact the hotel myself and they emailed me back to say they would allow us to stay in the hotel they had sent us to as a “gesture of goodwill” (bearing in mind we had paid them to stay in the hotel). I contacted the hotel multiple times with no response

Not happy.

Location is very central.

I paid for a premium room for two nights, expecting a comfortable stay, but what I got was absolutely unacceptable. The toilet was broken—no seat at all—and the sink was completely blocked. I complained multiple times to both the staff and reception, yet nothing was done. The toilet was never fixed, and they didn’t even offer me a different room. It’s frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way after paying for a so-called “premium” experience.

The perfect hotel for a city break!

This is a new boutique hotel situated in a great location for exploring the sights of Rome. The decor is very colourful and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed in was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The towels and bed linen were changed daily.

I don’t have anything negative to say about this hotel.
